all that i now about proxy types isn't much but the main ones that i know are the most famous ones that most people and companies work with
1-the HTTPS proxies : those proxies are the weakest ones with not enough encryption so not enough security and anonimity they are found every where for free
2- SOCKS4/5 proxies : those are more secured and also very hard to find for free as it demands alot of hardware to encrypt that data those are used buy premium vpns so they are not avaliable for every one out there
